Who are We??
Brent Erickson, Matt Radmacher, Steve Hettema and Charlie Williams
We decided to go into business together because we realized our potential for success through our years of experience and our concern for quality. We decided that we would be a company that is going to do things right and not cut corners. Our experience together equals 45 years in the construction industry and we aim to use that to give our customers the attention they need to produce a quality project.
Brent Erickson started out of high school working in the remodel industry doing everything from residential to commercial; concrete to finishing touches on projects. After that he was a foreman for two construction companies which gave him the understanding to work with customers and provide them with their needs to better accomplish their project. In the last couple years he has had experience with house projects from start to finish which have added to his knowledge for the business and customer quality assurance.
Matt Radmacher is also well versed in the housing industry. He has been working on house projects since high school and then about six years ago he started working with a large construction company doing the odds and ends stuff on new homes. He soon became a superintendent and began to run house projects from start to finish. He understands the process and how it works. He learned through that experience of building 100 plus homes a year that when he started a business he would do things different ranging from quality to employees to bookkeeping. And in this venture that is what we aim to do.
Steve Hettema has been building houses and doing construction work for seventeen years through his own construction company. Along with running his own construction company he is in the real estate and the mortgage industry. He has the hands on and management skills to make any project run smooth with a good perception of quality and customer satisfaction.
Charlie Williams is our business manager. He makes sure that we are set up and running smooth on the financial and administrative side. He has over 25 years of business experience in building two companies that had great success. With his knowledge in the industry he will help us build a solid and stable business that will provide quality from the construction to the paper work. |
