We are not looking for new loan officers, we do not want new branches, and we do not want your loans or a cut from your loan fee. However, we do want to expand our investor group into your market area.
While a ton of loan-officers are leaving the business our system keeps on chugging away creating loans month after month.

But after researching late nights over the course of many months, it hit us between the eyes. It became crystal clear.

Back to the story, Steve and I developed a seminar that we titled “Hidden Assets Uncovered” after giving this seminar it opened our clients’ eyes to a better way to secure their retirement and most importantly THERE IS STILL TIME TO ACCOMPLISH A GOOD RETIREMENT.
A funny thing happen every time we presented this seminar; we started creating a following, and we organized this following into an investment club. It has grown to over 3000 with a core group of around 300. Our group has expanded into other states across the country. We are now at the point of moving to the next level; to work with highly motivated professional mortgage loan originators and expand into new markets by helping them establish a Local Club in their area.
