In the summer of 2004, Steve and Charlie realized there was something missing in the world of finance. Seeing their own 401K’s and IRA’s dwindling, they could easily imagine the sense of fear of others looking down the same road towards retirement. Taking advantage of Options One and Two alone can change your life dramatically:
 
Our client’s goal was to build their dream home on property they bought with a beautiful view of the water including the Olympics and Cascades. Their existing plan would let them move in 10 years from now. 
After attending this seminar we evaluated their financial position and through our Equity Repositioning Analysis we were able to free up over $990 a month cash flow. They met with my personal financial planner from Smith Barney, and were able to make some significant adjustments to their financial plan. Because of the extra $990 a month they told me they are now able to build their dream home in only 3 years!
 
When you combine Options One, Two and Three – you start seeing some amazing things taking place:

She couldn’t sleep after attending our seminar. She wrote on her comment card, “Great seminar….Have never considered I have enough (or anything) to work with, but now I realize it is not too late to be financially free!” She told me, “Since the seminar a 5 acre piece of real estate has been offered to me for only $40,000.” She put together a team of friends with experience in land development and will Short Platt the 5 acres into 5-1 acre building lots. In this market she should be able to sell them at $45-$65,000 a lot. 
I was able to free up $89,000 cash from her house to have the cash to put the deal together, and her overall monthly out of picket cost would increase by $28 a month! She was so excited; she told me she loved me!
                                                                                                                                                                   
 
We freed up $89,000 for these clients so they could purchase a fixer-upper to flip for a nice profit. We also paid off all their non-tax deductible debts and only increased their monthly obligations by $15 a month!
                                                                                                                                                                   
 
This couple chose Option Three to purchase a rental home with the $45,000 we repositioned from their home and they already had a renter before they wrote up the Purchase and Sale Agreement with a positive monthly cash flow of $300!
                                                                                                                                                                   
 
She was here enough times that we almost gave her an office. She told me she couldn’t sleep, and the possibilities for real estate purchases for investments are awesome. She now drives around with her real estate buddy learning about the growth rates in certain areas of the Peninsula. She is meeting with the City Planners to find out the plans for the future growth of the surrounding cities. She is working on a commercial property purchase as we speak. We freed up $230,000 to purchase the property and upgrade it, at the cost of only $677 a month. The expected rents are over $2400 a month; that’s $1700 per month cash flow!
 
 
Here’s another good one…..
 
 
One of our clients was able to free up over $173,000 from three properties they own and only increased his monthly payments by about $7.00 a month! He is already working on a purchase of commercial real estate!
                                                                                                                                                                   
 
After coming to the seminar these clients saw the possibility to take advantage of our concepts to be able to build the home they wanted and keep their existing home as a rental. We freed up $48,000, repositioned their debt, which gave them over $700 a month new cash flow. At the age of only 34, they will be able to accumulate over $750,000 in a side fund for retirement!
 
                                                                                                                                                                   
 
Hawaii bound…. It was their dream to move and live in Hawaii, but the money was always a little too tight to make the necessary journeys to the islands to pin down work and make living arrangements to prepare for the big move. They had not been to the seminar but one of our Mortgage Planners taught them the concepts of ‘interest only’ lending and the repositioning of non-tax deductible debt to increase cash flow. Through our planning they were able to have the cash to make their trips to Hawaii and freed up over $1300 a month cash flow to make their dream a reality. Aloha!
 
                                                                                                                                                                   
 
A little skeptical at first, but when the numbers indicated that the client would walk out of escrow with $90,000 in cash to invest, and their monthly payment would be $20 less than what they were already paying they had to consider it seriously. We are closing on their loan this month and they are already looking at making their first offer. The plan is to put them in a position to purchase two pieces of property every 18 months, without using up the $90,000. (Ask us how this could possibly work!)
